Your Tasks

As our HR Business Partner, you’ll be a sparring partner to our team and a go-to person for all things people & culture:

• Be a trusted advisor to managers and teams on HR topics, from structure to development
• Help shape and run HR initiatives, projects, and processes
• Support change and transformation with empathy and expertise
• Analyze HR data to spot trends and steer improvements
• Own recruitment, talent development, and people growth
• Ensure we play by the rules — labor law, internal guidelines and all
• Coordinate with external partners like payroll providers

Your Background

• A degree in business, psychology, law — or relevant
• A few years of solid experience in HR, ideally in international environment
• You know your way around labor law and modern HR practices
• You’re someone who listens well, asks great questions, and communicates clearly
• You bring energy, initiative, and a solution-focused mindset
• You’re fluent in German and very good in English (written and spoken)
